A clear vacancy brief helps Melanin Trader Recruitment screen candidates before you spend time on unsuitable applications.
Tell us the job title, where the work is, and whether it is full-time, part-time, contract, or remote. Add the hours, the salary range, and the skills the person must have.
A short description of the work is enough. We use it to search, screen, and shortlist. You then meet the people who fit, instead of reading every application yourself.
If the role changes, send an update. A current brief keeps the shortlist relevant.
