Terms and Conditions
These are the working terms for this version of the website. Candidate accounts, employer dashboards, interview booking, and online payment are not part of the service yet.
Using the site
Employers can ask us to hire staff or submit a vacancy. Candidates can look at jobs, register a CV, and apply. Melanin Trader Recruitment reviews those forms and manages the next step directly. Sending a form does not create an account and does not guarantee an interview or a placement.
Information you send
Send only information you are allowed to share. A CV must be your own, or sent with the candidate's permission. The Privacy Policy explains why the information is collected, who it may be shared with, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
Vacancies
A published vacancy can be shared with its own web address. A role may close or be filled. When that happens, the page remains, and applications stop.
